Ceramic Pump QD-R series-Electric driven

QD-R series ceramic pump integration adopts precision ceramic plunger design, suitable for medium to high viscosity liquids, homogeneous creams (1000-100,000CPS) and quantitative perfusion of materials containing certain particles. The pump uses a servo screw to control the filling volume. It only needs to be set on the control screen without manual intervention. It has high measurement accuracy and repeatability, and the accuracy is better than ±0.8%. The metal part in contact with the material is made of 316L stainless steel, which has better corrosion resistance. Fully quick-release connection, easy to disassemble and clean, in line with the cleaning requirements of food hygiene standards.
