Features of Corrosion Resistant Ceramic Injection Pump

    Ceramic is a material with excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, which is widely used in batteries, medicine, electronics, machinery, chemical textiles and other industries. The liquid injection pump is based on this performance, and the pump body and plunger are made of acid-resistant ceramics. 

    At present, alumina ceramics are mainly used. It is suitable for conveying strong corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and nitric acid. Use temperature -15 ~ 100 ℃; temperature resistance to sudden change ≤ 50 ℃. Ceramic pumps are often protected by metal materials mounted outside the pump. Engineering plastics (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) and copper, glass fiber reinforced plastic, stainless steel and other materials can also be used.  It is suitable for conveying various corrosive media containing suspended solid particles except hydrofluoric acid and hot concentrated lye.  

    The operating temperature is lower than 100 °C (the operating temperature of the engineering plastic impeller depends on the material and medium), and the temperature difference is less than 50 °C. Widely used in mining, smelting, petroleum, chemical, pesticide, dye and other industries.
